Helping to clean up our Community!

Our GYRO-Cycled program (read more about the program here) was put to the test last week, when a local school had an unusual problem... how to deal with an old broken water tank which had been stolen and then dumped on their school field.

Our team jumped into action when called upon by raw material supplier Vision Plastics to collect and prepare the old tank for further recycling and reprocessing. After cutting the tank down to size on the field to fit onto a trailer where the school kids had an impromptu lesson in recycling, the tank was further cut down at our site to be bagged and sent to Vision. From there, the material will return to GYRO once it is in raw material format, to be manufactured into something new.
